For all ages, classes, amounts, and durations, OPTerm pricing for Banner Life ranks first 78% of the time. In New York William Penn pricing ranks first 87% of the time! The new rates include both increases and decreases with a majority of the changes being decreases. Applications currently pending and those submitted by March 28, 2018, will be issued with the lower of the new or older rates.  Applications submitted on or after March 29, 2018, will be issued with the new rates.  |  more
