One of our servers was damaged during the move to our new offices in Maitland. This server was responsible for the processing on your bonus commissions and commission statements. We had planned to retire this server in 2019 and move to a new cloud based system. With this server no longer in operation, we are working with our vendors to accelerate the migration to the new system. While this should not affect your commission bonus payments, web access to your commission statements is no longer available.

You can continue to access statements for your commissions paid directly by an insurance company as available on their website.
